Lorie, the manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable and even though it was a warranty exchange she continued to answer my questions. Her knowledge and experience of the products was exceptional. She also suggested an adjustable bed frame which I absolutely love. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATTRESS FIRM , Tysons Corner, as a great store to go to if you are in the market for this type of product. Lorie was GREAT!
