  I would not waste your time. You can easily get better diamonds elsewhere. The communication, and service is almost laughable. I was told whatever they thought I wanted to hear, just so they could get a sale. They love to let you know that they are the biggest name in the industry, but don't they know that they spend the most on advertising, and marketing. The biggest name does NOT mean better, in this case. I found a beauty with better specs, and more weight.

  From all of the jewellers I've been to in terms of customer service they are all very top notch. But Jared's has 1 employee who is beyond the rest and his name is Ty. This man helped me search for hours for the perfect band to go with the diamond for me to propose to my now fiancee. There is a lot of passion in this man when it comes to helping his customers and you can definitely tell. As for all the other services such as fixing the ring and warranty stuff only time will tell if Jared truly holds up their end.
