  Not much different than a shady used car lot: Tanya, the district manager, refused to allow me to return a $100 product, used once, with no damage or wear. The only reason I bought the product was because the sales associate clearly stated that if it didn't work for me, I could return for a full refund. I know one company I will not be shopping at in the future. If they won't fulfill their warranty on a $100 product, why would I risk buying one of their outrageously overpriced chairs or beds that I can purchase through one of the many other businesses where customer service and commitment means something.

  Had an incredible experience with Tanya & Fatima. They are both incredibly helpful and made my whole experience pleasant from start to finish. Rare to find this kind of service anymore.
